This petition raises grievances of injustice concerning the abrupt displacement of long-serving conductors who have been operating Delhi's public transport system under the Cluster Bus Scheme for over 10-15 years. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner, after making some submissions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Labour Court/Conciliation Officer. She further requests that, in view of the facts of the case, the Labour Court/Conciliation Officer be requested to expedite the Petitioner's case.
