The petitioner is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. It assails notices issued to its officers under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in connection with the investigation arising out of FIR No. 299/2024 dated 02.08.2024, registered at Police Station Neb Sarai, District South, Delhi, under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, submits that the concerned officers of the petitioner have already joined the investigation and submitted the documents sought by the investigating authority.
