O R D E R

The present petition has been filed under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No.0103/2022 under Sections 419/420/120B IPC and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2008 registered at PS Crime Branch.

The allegation against the present petitioner is that he had supplied invigilators for the examination centre where the malpractices took place. 3.

While issuing notice vide order dated 29.10.2023, the petitioner was granted interim protection subject to his joining investigation. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has joined the investigation as and when required by the concerned IO, which position is not disputed by the learned APP, on instructions from the IO, who is present.

Learned APP, on instructions, further submits that the petitioner is no more required for any further examination.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioner being arrested, he be released on bail subject to his furnishing Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- and a Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that he will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned.
