1. The Court notes that in terms of the policy directive contained in the order dated 7th December, 2011, Specialists and GDMOs with PG qualifications are to be posted at the "Composite Hospital only".

2. Learned counsel for the Respondent states that they were informed in July, 2019 itself that there were four vacancies each in the Composite Hospitals of the BSF and CRPF. The Respondents will take a decision on whether the Petitioner can be posted in any of the said vacancies, not later than 28th February, 2020, and report such decision to the Court on the next date.

2. List on 5th March, 2020.
