O R D E R

% 06.02.2020 By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three days w.e.f. 8.2.2020 to 10.2.2020 on the ground that certain post death rituals of his father are to be performed on 9.2.2020. The factum of death and Tehravi has already been verified by the State.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to parole w.e.f 8.2.2020 to 10.2.2020, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. He shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the expiry of the parole period.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendant for compliance.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
