Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 submits that hearing is going on regular basis before the Revenue Court. Next date fixed in the matter is 22nd February, 2016. He further submits that efforts would be made to dispose of the matter expeditiously.

Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent no.1 to dispose of the matter expeditiously and preferably within six months.
