Learned counsel for the Petitioner is appearing through video conferencing and the Petitioner is present in person in the Court today. 2.

Smt. Jamica Arora and Shri Rajvir Arora, the two legal heirs of the respondent No. 1-Navneet Singh (since deceased) are present physically in the Court, whereas the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are appearing through video conferencing.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the parties have settled the matter in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 05.10.2024 and seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.

All the parties, except the Respondent No.1 - Navneet Singh (since deceased) on whose behalf Smt. Jamica Arora and Shri Rajvir Arora, the legal heirs, have signed the said Settlement and have also endorsed the terms The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. of the Settlement.

Smt. Lovelin Singh, the mother of the deceased-Navneet Singh, respondent No. 1, has already relinquished her share in favour of the two legal heirs i.e., Smt. Jamica Arora and Shri Rajvir Arora. 5.

All the parties undertake to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 05.10.2024.

In view of above, the present Petition along with pending Application is dismissed as withdrawn in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 05.10.2024.
