Learned counsel for the Petitioner is appearing through video conferencing and the Petitioner is present in person in the Court today. Learned counsel for the Respondent No. 1 is present physically, whereas the Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 are appearing through video conferencing. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the parties have settled the matter in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 05.10.2024 and seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition.

All the parties have signed the said Settlement and have also endorsed the terms of the Settlement.

All the parties undertake to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 05.10.2024.
