This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant/ petitioner in terms of the order dated 22.01.2024 passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 4711/2023 captioned as 'Veer Singh vs. Kinri Dhir'. The said order of the Supreme Court is handed over the Bench and the same is taken on record.

Ms. Rebecca M. John, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant/ petitioner submits that the order passed by the Supreme Court on 22.01.2024 was to the effect that the parties would withdraw the criminal cases pending qua each other barring those proceedings with respect to the award of maintenance and payment of rent etc. In The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. terms thereof, the present application has been preferred by the applicant/ petitioner.

Without commenting on the merits of the matter, since the complainant has also filed an application seeking withdrawal of her original complaint under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C., 1973, which by the order dated 27.02.2024 was kept pending in view of the present CRL.M.C. 2253/2023 pending before this Court and in order to do substantial justice as also in compliance of the directions passed by the Supreme Court, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the impugned order dated 27.03.2023 passed in Criminal Revision No. 484/2022 captioned as 'Ms. A vs. State of NCT of Delhi and Others'. 6.

As a consequence thereof, the learned Magistrate in seisin of the CT Case No. 1893/2022 captioned as 'Kinri Dhir vs. State of NCT of Delhi' is at liberty to pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the complainant/ respondent No.2 seeking withdrawal of her complaint filed by way of an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., 1973.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of. CRL.M.C. 2253/2023 8.

In view of the order passed in the aforesaid application, nothing further remains for adjudication in the present petition. 9.

Accordingly the present petition stands disposed of. 10.
