At the outset, learned ASC for State, has handed over Status Report in Court qua the verification of the medical documents, which is taken on record. Based thereon he submits that the medical documents dated 14.03.2026 as also 21.03.2026 have been duly verified. 2.

As per the Status Report, the medical documents/ provisional diagnosis slips dated 14.03.2026 as also 21.03.2026 of the petitioner prepared by Dr. Pranab Jain have been duly verified. The same is also accompanied by the letter dated 24.03.2026 regarding verification of the aforesaid medical examination of the petitioner. 3.

As such, under the said circumstances herein, the parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.02.2026, passed by this Court expiring The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 30/03/2026 at 16:35:32

on 27.03.2026 is extended for a period of further four weeks on the same terms and conditions as contained in the said order dated 26.02.2026. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
