Matter has been settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 30.05.2017. Settlement agreement dated 30.05.2017 from the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre has been received whereby terms and conditions of the settlement have been incorporated.

I have enquired from the learned counsel for the parties if the matter has been settled by them amicably without any fear or pressure. They have informed that the disputes have been resolved with their free consent and they have no objection to the passing of the decree in terms of the settlement agreement dated 30.05.2017. 3.

This Court is satisfied that the matter has been settled between the parties with their free consent.

There appears no legal impediment to decree the suit. The settlement agreement is Ex.P1.

Since the matter has been settled, the suit of the plaintiffs is decreed.

Terms and conditions incorporated in the settlement agreement in paras 1 to 5 shall be form part of the decree-sheet. 5.

Decree-sheet be prepared accordingly.

Parties shall abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

Since the settlement has taken place before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre before recording evidence, Court fee be refunded to the plaintiffs under Section 16 of the Court fee Act and necessary certificate be issued.
