CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANUP JAIRAM BHAMBHANI

O R D E R

% 24.03.2026 At the outset, Mr. Anindya Malhotra, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 on advance copy points-out, that vide order dated 06.02.2026 made in CRL. M.C. No.1023/2026, the petitioners had withdrawn their prior quashing petition, which was drawn-up on exactly the same lines, while reserving their rights to raise all contentions taken in that petition before the learned trial court at the time of arguments on charge. Mr. Malhotra further submits, that the present petition is the second attempt of the petitioners, seeking quashing of the subject FIR, which ought not to be entertained. A copy of order dated 06.02.2026 is on record. It bears-out the submissions made.

Though, petitioner No.3/Mr. Mahavir Singh is present in court; and he has instructed his counsel to press the petition, this court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.
