% 20.02.2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks extension of parole for a period of eight weeks as the surgery on his father has to be performed. Vide order of the Government of NCT of Delhi, petitioner was directed to be released on parole which was extended for a period of three weeks by this Court vide order dated 31st January, 2019 on the ground that there was none to look after the petitioner's father, the mother of the petitioner has gone for Haj and there was no one to look after the father of the petitioner. Petitioner now wants further extension of parole on the ground that the surgery on his father has to be performed on 25th February, 2019.
As per the verification report the certificates were issued from one J.S.Clinic where the doctor has stated that the certificate has been issued on the asking of the petitioner and his clinic is not equipped for surgery. W.P.(CRL) 540/2019
Considering the conduct of the petitioner that after being released on parole, extension is being sought on one pretext or the other, the present petition is dismissed.
