The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0255/2019 under Sections 380/381/34 of the IPC registered with PS Karol Bagh and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed. 3.
It is stated that the said FIR was lodged as a counter blast to the petitioner's FIR (FIR No.254/2019 under Section 342/323 of the IPC) for illegal confinement.
The FIR in question was filed at the instance of
respondent no.2. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and he states that he has since resolved all his disputes with the petitioner and in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 09.01.2020, he has no further grievances or claims against the petitioner.
He prays that the FIR in question be quashed 4.
The petitioner is present in the Court and is identified by his counsel. He further states that he has also resolved all his disputes with respondent no.2 and has no grievances against him.

In view of the statements made by the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No. 0255/2019 under Sections 380/381/34 of the IPC registered with PS Karol Bagh and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
