A Petition under Section 528 BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0008/2018 under Section 406/409/420 and 120B IPC registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing (EOW) on the basis of Settlement with all the victims. 2.

It is submitted in the Petition that there were 41 victims in all who all had settled their differences with the Petitioners vide individual Agreements which have been placed on record. Therefore, a prayer is made that the Petition be quashed.

The I.O present today in the Court also submits that all the payments have duly been received by all the victims which fact is also indicated in the Chargesheet.

In view of the submissions made and the Settlement between the parties and in the interest of justice the FIR bearing No. 0008/2018 dated 10.01.2018 registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing (EOW), for offences punishable under Sections 406/409/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the Petitioners.
