O R D E R

1.

The present petitions have been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 726/2022 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Punjabi Bagh.

the present FIR is an outcome of a matrimonial dispute and the parties were referred to mediation, where they have arrived at a settlement. This position is also confirmed by the learned APP, on instructions from the IO, who is present in court.

It is also not in dispute that the petitioners had joined investigation as and when required by the IO, which position is not disputed by the learned APP, on instructions from the IO.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioners being arrested, they be released on bail subject to their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each and a surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer, further subject to the condition that they will join investigation as and when directed by the IO concerned.

The petitions stand disposed of.
