The present petition has been filed against the order dated 04.01.2025 passed by the learned ASJ-02, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi whereby the husband of the petitioner was discharged of the offence under Sections 3(1)(r) and Section 3(1)(s) of the SC/ST Act. 2.

Mr. M.M. Singh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the petitioner/complainant has passed away, therefore, the present petition has abated.
