We may note that the appellant was the wife of the respondent. The expenses incurred for engaging a caretaker for the appellant were being reimbursed to the daughter by the respondent. 2.
The learned counsel for the respondent says that although the appellant has expired, the respondent will pay a lump-sum amount of Rs.25,000/- towards the outstanding expenses.

The learned counsel for the appellant says that though the amount spent is three times of what has been offered, the daughter would be satisfied if Rs.25,000/- is paid.

Accordingly, the appeal is closed with the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent that Rs.25,000/- will be remitted by the respondent to the daughter, i.e., Ms Priya Bansal within the next ten (10) days. 5.
The proof of payment of the aforesaid amount will be placed on record by the respondent.

The appeal is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
