The present Appeal, filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, challenges the Order dated 23.12.2022 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Rohini Courts, North District in Guardianship Petition No. 55637/2016, titled "Sumit Phatela v. Bharti Khurana".

The Appellant remains unrepresented.

The Respondent, who appears in person, states that the present Appeal is rendered infructuous as the main petition filed under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 stands withdrawn by the Appellant on 18.07.2025.
