Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the possession of the subject premises has already been recovered by the Respondent on 09.09.2024 before the Executing Court. He seeks to rely upon the statement as recorded by the Respondent before the Court in Ex No. 49/24 captioned Anita Gupta v. Tillu Ram.

In view of the aforegoing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present Petition. 3.

The present Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
