Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.799/2025 of PS Burari for offence under Section 289 and 106(1) of BNS on the ground that respondent nos.2 & 3 have settled the disputes with the petitioners. The respondent nos. 2 and 3 are legal representatives of the deceased. 2.

On being pointed out that the present petition seeks to sanctify what is blood money and no civilized society can approve of that, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.
