O R D E R

% 05.02.2020 The only issue urged before this Court is that the Petitioner/Plaintiff (hereinafter, "Plaintiff") wishes to lead the evidence of the Tahsildar and Patwari as mentioned in the list of witnesses in order to establish the revenue records. The Trial Court has refused the same on the ground that the suit is one of the 20 oldest matters in the court, and no further opportunity can be granted as the Plaintiff's evidence has been closed long back. Considering the nature of the matter, last opportunity is granted for the Plaintiff to summon the Tahsildar and Patwari on one date to prove the records. The said officials shall be summoned on the date fixed by the Trial Court. No further opportunity shall be granted to the Petitioner to summon the said witnesses. If the summoning is done on the date fixed, the matter shall proceed for the Defendant's evidence.

Further, considering that this is an old matter, it is directed that the

suit shall be disposed of within a period of six months. The petition with all pending applications is disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the ld. ASCJ, Karkardooma Courts in CS No. 9820/2016 titled Ajab Singh & Ors. v Delhi Jal Board and Anr. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
