After some arguments, Mr K.C. Mittal, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the appellant, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal, with liberty to take recourse to an appropriate remedy, in view of the fact that circumstances have changed since the order was passed. 2.
The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
If any application is moved by the appellant, the same will be decided by the Family Court after hearing both sides, albeit as per law. 4.
