Accordingly order dated 24.11.2016 for transfer of the present matter to (Central) (Headquarters), Tis Hazari Courts Delhi, stands modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present matter now stands transferred to New Delhi District, Patiala House Court Complex, Delhi for 15.03.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the court of learned District and Session Judge (New Delhi).
