The petitioner seeks transfer of MT. Case No. 623/2019 which is pending before the Family Court-01, District-West, Tis Hazari to the Principal Judge, Family Court, District-North, Rohini Courts. 4.
It is submitted that other proceedings between the parties, including proceedings arising out of FIR No. 134/2021 registered at Police Station Bawana, District Outer North, Delhi, and proceedings for TR.P.(CRL.) 22/2026 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. divorce filed by the respondent herein are both pending before the Rohini Courts.

Mr. Khatri states that the respondent has no objection to the relief sought. In fact, an affidavit of no objection of the respondent dated 09.03.2026 has also been annexed to the present petition. 6.
In view of the above, with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the petition is allowed, and MT. Case No. 623/2019, which is pending before the Family Court-01, District-West, Tis Hazari Courts, is transferred to the Family Court, District-North, Rohini Courts. 7.
The parties will appear before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, District North, Rohini Courts, on 07.04.2026 for further proceedings.
