This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff for a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from manufacturing, exporting, selling, offering for sale, exhibiting, advertising, directly or indirectly dealing with goods being Namkeen, Snacks and other cognate and allied goods under the , which is deceptively similar to Plaintiff's trademark/label trademark LACY and/or any other mark, which is identical/deceptively similar thereto, amongst other reliefs.

have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 24.02.2026, copy of which is handed over and taken on record.

Suit stands disposed of along with pending applications. 6.
Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870.
