Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition praying inter-alia for production of her missing husband, while reserving the right of his client to seek appropriate remedies against her husband, Amit Sharma, as per law.

We may note that the learned MM (Mahila Court -2), Karkardooma, has granted maintenance to the petitioner and her minor son under the D.V. Act w.e.f. 11.04.2014, but Amit Sharma has not been paying the same. Though the petitioner claims that her husband has been missing for the past 3 years, she has filed the first complaint in this regard with the police only on 04.07.2018.

In view of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of, as not pressed, with liberty granted as prayed for.
