% 10.12.2018 E. A. ____ /2018 (to be numbered) This application has been jointly presented by the parties seeking disposal of the present execution petition in terms of the settlement entered into between them on 4th December, 2018.

Let the present application be numbered by the Registry. The parties have settled their disputes. The joint application is signed by the parties as also their counsels and affidavits in support thereof have also been filed.

As per the agreed settlement terms, the Judgment Debtor has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.10 lakhs to the Decree Holder vide bank draft dated 5th December, 2018. The Decree Holder has agreed that the payment of Rs.10 lakhs would be towards full and final satisfaction of the decree dated 24th October, 2016 passed in the suit No.2093/2012. The demand draft for the sum of Rs.10 lakhs has been handed over to

Mr. Pavan Sachdeva, Plaintiff who has appeared in person. This payment shall be in full and final satisfaction of all the claims of the Decree Holder against the Judgement Debtor.

Execution petition and E.A. stands disposed of as settled. No orders as to the costs.
