Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By instituting the instant public interest litigation petition, a prayer has been made seeking a direction to check and stop an alleged illegal construction of the building at Laxman Dass Society Trust, Kewal Park The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel representing the Delhi Development Authority has submitted that the property, which has not appropriately been described in the present petition, was attempted to be surveyed, however, on account of incomplete details of the property made available by the petitioner, the survey could not reveal any encroachment on account of the fact that the properties were not clearly identified.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi has also attended to the complaint made by the petitioner and it was found that the khasra number mentioned in the complaint is a large area in Kewal Park Extension and since no specific property number has been mentioned in the complaint, it is difficult to trace out the properties in question.

Let the outcome of the said complaint filed by the petitioner be intimated to learned counsel for the petitioner by learned counsel for the Delhi Development Authority/ Municipal Corporation of Delhi. 9.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved by any action already lapsed on the part of the authorities, it will be open to the petitioner to institute a fresh petition with clear details of the properties, which are said to be illegally constructed.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the present public interest litigation petition stands disposed of.

The date already fixed, i.e. 25.02.2026 stands cancelled.
