No.8121/2024 The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, has been filed by the applicant respondent seeking release of Fixed Deposit amount of Rs.4,30,438/- lying deposited with the Court by the appellant/non-applicant. It is submitted that the in terms of the settlement agreement dated 5th January, 2024 arrived at between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre the respondent is entitled to withdraw the said amount along with the interest accrued thereupon.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant does not oppose the prayer made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
