The present petition has been filed by the petitioner raising a grievance that the respondent no.1 (Delhi Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council) has not taken any steps pursuant to claims / reference submitted by the petitioner on 30.08.2024 under Section 18 of the Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (MSME Act). 4.

It is submitted that several reminder requests were sent by the petitioner in question to the respondent no.1 to take up its claim for hearing / further proceedings as mandated under Section 18 of MSME Act, 2006 ; however, to no avail.

the respondent no.1 that appropriate steps have been taken to transfer the complaint / reference of the petitioner to the concerned MSEF which has jurisdiction in the matter i.e. MSEF Council District, South East. 6.

He submits that the matter shall be expeditiously taken up by the concerned authorities and appropriate steps as mandated under the statutory provisions shall be taken pursuant to the complaint / reference received from the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of transferring the matter to MSEF Council District, South East, the matter has been erroneously transferred to MSEF Council District, South West. 8.

Learned counsel for the respondent is directed to verify the position in this regard and ensure that the matter is transferred to the concerned authority which has jurisdiction i.e. MSEF Council District, South East. Let the same be done expeditiously.

The concerned MSEF Council District, South East, is directed to hold further proceedings/ take necessary steps, pursuant to the complaint / reference, as mandated under Section 18 of MSME Act, 2006. 10.
