The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "a. Issue an order or direction directing the Ld. Family Court, Saket, New Delhi in HMA No. 403/2023 to hear and decide I.A. No. 01/2026 and I.A. No. 02/2026, prior to the commencement of evidence;
b. Pass such other and further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that two applications bearing no., I.A. No. 01/2026 and I.A. preferred, which are listed before the learned Family Court on 27.03.2026. It is pointed out that vide order dated 13.01.2026, learned Family Court had directed for recording the evidence.

The present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to make the similar prayers before the learned Family Court for deciding the aforesaid application before recording evidence further. 6.
Needless to state that on such an application being moved, the learned Family Court will consider and decide the same in accordance with law. 7.
