By this application, the petitioner seeks permission to place on th record the settlement agreement dated 11 December, 2020, whereby the petitioner and the respondent have settled the disputes among themselves, and for disposal of the present petition in terms thereof. 2.

Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, has no objection.

The settlement agreement shall be treated as an annexure to this Order and both sides shall be bound thereby.
