The Court on 01.04.2024 has placed on record the following submissions made by the petitioner.

"1. This Court on 06.03.2024 had directed the learned Counsel for Union of India to get instructions as to whether the impugned order can be set aside since the Petitioner has agreed for inspection.

2. Mr. Bhagwan Swarup Shukla, learned CGSC for the Union of India, prays for and is granted two weeks time to get instructions in the matter.

3. List on 23.04.2024 in the supplementary list." 2.

The learned counsel for respondent-Union of India (UOI) was, therefore, directed to take instructions. aside subject to granting liberty to respondent to carry out a fresh inspection by the Joint Inspection Team and to pass appropriate order thereafter. The same is also the position taken in the counter-affidavit as well. 3.

Since the petitioner had already agreed for said arrangement, therefore, the Court deems it appropriate to set aside the impugned order. Liberty is, however, granted to the respondent to carry out the inspection by Joint Inspection Team. Let the petitioner to cooperate with the same. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of.
