The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court while petitioner no.4 has joined through VC.

The petitioner no.1 is stated to be indisposed. 3.

The petitioners submit that they wish to withdraw the present petition as the exams are now scheduled to be held in the month of November - December and they are likely to be permitted by the respondent college to take the said exams.

Ms. Sweety Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.2 college submits that the petitioners will be allowed to take exams as The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and when they are held in the month of November - December, 2025. The statement is taken on record. The respondent no.2 shall remain bound by the same.
