The petition is for the directions to the respondents to furnish to the petitioner the certified copy of the Relinquishment Deed dated 05.09.2017 registered as Reg. provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005. 4.
It appears that the petitioner has made various efforts to obtain the certified copy of the aforesaid document. However, the grievance has not been mitigated.

The Section 68 of the Registration Act, 1908 envisages that the Registrar has the power of superintend and control over Sub-Registrars. If the Sub-Registrar is not acting in accordance with law, let the concerned Registrar to do the needful and to look into the petitioner's grievance with due expedition.

On petitioner filing a fresh application along with a copy of this order, let the Registrar to deal with the same within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the application.

With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of. 8.
All rights and contentions are left open.
