O R D E R

% 08.07.2017 After certain negotiations both the sides have agreed to settle the dispute for a total sum of Rs.3,40,000/- over and above the award passed on 22.10.2013 payable by the insurance company to the appellant/claimant towards full and final settlement. The cheque shall be deposited within two weeks by the insurance company before the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee lest interest @ 9% on the aforesaid amount shall be granted from the date of default. On the amount so deposited, it shall be so released to the appellant after completion of necessary formalities.

In view of above nothing more remains to be done in this

appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
