Mehta v. Union of India and Others, (2019) 12 SCC 730 and M.C. Mehta v. Union of India and Others (Sealing Issue, in Re), (2019) 12 SCC 419, pertaining to the unauthorized construction and encroachment in property bearing No. VB-74, Virender Nagar, Janak Puri, New Delhi. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in accordance with law.
