W.P.(C) 1372/2020 This petition has been filed praying for a limited relief of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner in respect to the Raw Petroleum Coke imported by the petitioner. As the import of Raw Petroleum Coke was restricted by the Supreme Court by its order dated 09.10.2018 in Writ Petition (Civil) No.13029/1985, titled M.C. Mehta v. Union of India & Ors., the respondent is directed to take a considered view on the representation of the petitioner within a period

of three weeks from today. The contents of this petition be also treated as a representation to the respondent.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to cost.
