Learned counsel for the petitioners states that though this petition was filed for quashing of FIR No. 1071/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Nihal Vihar on merits, however, during the pendency of the present petition parties have settled the matter and divorce by mutual consent has been granted between petitioner No.1 and respondent No.2. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners thus seeks leave to withdraw this petition and application with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the above noted FIR on the basis of compromise. 3.

Leave and liberty granted.
