Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, without prejudice, the petitioner has already deposited the amount with the respondent- Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), and has taken over the possession of the parking site in question and is running the said parking site. Thus, he submits that he does not wish to press the present petition. 2.

He submits that, in case, there are other disputes in future, he shall approach the Court.

Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present petition, along with the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
