% 27.02.2020 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks grant of bail in FIR No. 284/2018 dated 11.11.2018 registered at Police Station South Rohini for the offences punishable u/s 308/354/323/506/509/34 of IPC. Pursuant to order dated 25.02.2020, petitioner/accused is present in Court. In his presence, CCTV footage is played and shown to petitioner who denies his presence at the place of incident, whereas on perusal of the footage, it is clear that the person in the footage is petitioner himself, who is seen carrying a danda in his hand.

In view of above, I am not inclined to grant bail and the application is accordingly dismissed.
