% 03.03.2020 Mr. Alakh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff has placed before me letters dated February 29, 2020 and March 2, 2020 received from his client Steel Authority of India informing him SAIL has recovered the full and final amount of Rs.3.25 Crores from the defendants herein.

In view of this, he wishes to withdraw the Suit with liberty to file an appropriate application for refund of court fee. With liberty in accordance with law, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
