O R D E R

% 19.02.2019 The learned APP for the State strongly refutes the petitioners' contention which was recorded in yesterday's order. He states upon the instructions that the SHO and IO had repeatedly called the petitioner to come forth for getting the statement recorded, however, she has not done so thus far.

In the facts and circumstances and looking at the sensitivity of the matter, let the petitioners' statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. be recorded as soon as possible. She may meet the DCP concerned also. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this exercise would indeed be welcome. He assures the court that the petitioner shall appear before Court of learned Magistrate and shall meet the DCP concerned. Accordingly, let petitioner no.1 appear before the learned M.M. in Court Room No.116, Rohini Courts, Delhi at 2 pm on 20th February, 2019. The petitioners may meet the DCP concerned after recording of the statement, and may furnish her contact number, address and telephones to

the DCP.

The alleged scene of crime has been examined by the Police. Accordingly, the tenanted premises where the petitioner's belongings and household items are kept, shall be opened to them by the IO by today evening at 5:00 p.m. in the presence of two lady police officers. The petition stands disposed off in above terms. A copy of this order be give dasti to the parties, under the signature of the Court Master.
