The subject petition has been filed by the Developers and Builders Forum impugning the constitutional validity of certain notifications issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue as also by Government of NCT of Delhi (Finance and Revenue Department). 2.

An objection has been taken by the respondents with regard to the locus of the petitioner to file the petition and it is contended that in case there is any individual grievance, individual members of the Forum should file their respective petitions.

Faced with the said objection, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the individual members of the Forum to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 4.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. All the rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
