After some hearing, respective counsel for the parties, on instructions, agree as under:

(i) The parties would adhere to the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 26.05.2025 and would take steps to dissolve their marriage by mutual consent in accordance with law, as provided under Section 13 - B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. It is agreed that the first motion petition shall be filed expeditiously, followed by the second motion petition after completion of the statutory period as per law. (ii) The parties unequivocally undertake to cooperate with each other for the said purpose and refrain from seeking any adjournments/ deferment of the aforesaid proceedings.

(iii) It is further agreed that the respondent / husband shall withdraw CONT.CAS(C) 488/2026 By:ABHISHEK THAKUR 13:21:27

the fresh criminal complaint instituted by him under Section 175 of the BNSS, 2023 filed before the Court of Ld. JMFC, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi, bearing Ct. Case No. 1394/2025. Likewise, the petitioner / wife would also withdraw her application filed before the Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court, Dwarka, seeking damages from the respondent/ husband. The same shall be done within a period of two weeks from today.

The parties undertake to take requisite steps in this regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is agreed that any violation of the aforesaid undertaking/s shall entail severe action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 4.
