Counsel for the petitioner submits that the status of the petitioner's trade mark application bearing no. 1340261 pertaining to trade mark 'YH, YASHODA SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL & HEART INSTITUTE' in class 42 has now been changed by the Registry from 'Removed' to 'Rectification filed'.

In view thereof, the reliefs sought in the present petition is satisfied and counsel for the petitioner does not wish to proceed further. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
