% 06.02.2020 Vide this petition, petitioner is praying for a direction to respondent/State to conduct an inquiry in respect of his complaint dated 27th December, 2020 filed in Police Station Maurya Enclave, Delhi. Notice.

Mr. Rahul Mehra, Standing Counsel for respondent/State accepts notice and vehemently opposes this petition while relying upon Hon'ble Supreme Court's decision in "Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. and others, (2008) 2 SCC 409" and submits that in case a person has a grievance that FIR has not been registered by the police on his complaint or even after registration of the FIR, no proper investigation is held, he can file an W.P.(CRL) 366/2020

application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. before the learned Magistrate concerned. However, learned Standing Counsel for respondent/State subnmits that petitioner's complaint dated 27th December, 2020 filed in Police Station Maurya Enclave, Delhi shall be looked into and decided within two weeks in accordance with the law.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition and application stand disposed of accordingly.
