The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "1) Pass/issue appropriate orders, directions in the nature ofa writ of Mandamus or any other writ thereby directing the Respondent no. I and Respondent no. 2 to de-freeze saving account bearing no. 10933007138 of petitioner no. I and pension account bearing no. 40370835621 of petitioner no.2 maintained with respondent no.2 at its branch office situated at Sector-1,Block -7, R.K. Delhi-110022 or in alternative subject to lien ofRs.6 lacs (disputed transfer) in the said bank accounts of the petitioner in proportionate to the transfer it be directed to respondents no. I and 2 to allow petitioners to use and operate their respective bank accounts for debit and credit transactions into the said bank accounts;

2) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ thereby directing the respondent no. 2 to provide the suitable compensation to the petitioner for the harassment caused to the petitioners due freezing of their bank accounts without notice and any justifiable cause since 12.12.2024.

3) Cost of the petition throughout be passed in favour of petitioners.

4) Pass such other or further order(s) which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant case and in the interest of justice and equity may also be passed in favour of the petitioners and against the respondents." 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accounts of the petitioners have been defreezed, and in view of the same, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
