By virtue of the present application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, the petitioner seeks cancellation of demand draft and preparation of new demand draft in name of "Mr. Rajiv Sharma" in lieu of "Mr. Rajeev Sharma".

For the reasons stated, as also considering the statutory documents being Aadhar Card, Pan Card and blank cheque accompanied with the present application, and since the present petition has already been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2025, the issuance of notice to the other side is dispensed with and the present application is allowed.

Accordingly, in terms of order dated 19.02.2019 as also 13.10.2025, the Registrar General of this Court is called upon to release the amount in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the name of the petitioner with accrued interest, subject to the petitioner taking appropriate steps in accordance with law, only after subject to the petitioner filing an affidavit qua his true name, i.e., "Mr. Rajiv Sharma" along with the original copies of the Aadhar Card and Pan Card (identification documents) in support of the aforesaid. 4.

As such, the present application is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
